And the Moon turned to Blood

Greetings fellow End Timers,
Revelation 6:12-17 I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold,[fn5] there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth, as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind. Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! "For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?"
Just a quick message about an article I saw this morning about the Moon being blood red in an eclipse over Australia. (More: Bible search)The phenomenon is a result of the earth blocking all the light from the Sun except for the red wavelengths that are diffracted around the Earth onto it's surface. We have also seen red Moons as a result of heavy dust or smoke in the air after some natural disaster or warfare.

Acts 2:17-21 And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the LORD. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved.
Luke 21:25-27 And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; "men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. "Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.

The main point of all this of course is to be watching and ready, to have the perspective that Jesus' return is imminent. Are you ready?
